Do credits expire?
No, they sit on your account until you spend them.
How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?
By card at the checkout, with credits added straight away and an invoice issued for every purchase, VAT included. For a Lab order, email us and we invoice your institution.
What if a review fails?
If a run fails, the credits go back to your account automatically, with no email to write. A run that never produced a verdict is our problem, not something you paid for. If the balance still looks wrong, write to us and we will fix it by hand.
